Who we are

YoniDev is the trade name of STARTOP, a registered business in Jerusalem, Israel. YoniDev builds web apps, automations and AI tools for businesses, and runs some of them on their behalf.

This website

When you send the contact form, we receive your name, email, phone (if you add it) and your message. We use them only to reply to you and to discuss your project. The message reaches us by email and is kept in our mailbox.

The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Products we run for businesses

Some products we build, such as online booking systems, are used by businesses to serve their own customers. In those products the business decides what information is collected, and we process it on the business's behalf and only for that purpose.

Typical information is a customer's name, phone number and appointment details.

WhatsApp messages

With a business's permission, our products send WhatsApp messages from that business's own number through the WhatsApp Business Platform by Meta. These are service messages only: confirmations, reminders and updates about an appointment or a request the customer made.

To send them, the customer's phone number and the details in the message are passed to Meta, which handles them under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not use these messages for advertising.

A customer who does not want these messages can reply to the business or contact it directly, and the messages will stop.

Service providers

We host on Vercel and Railway, store data in managed databases, send email through Google, and send WhatsApp messages through Meta. Each provider receives only what it needs to run its part of the service.

How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept as long as they are needed for our work together. Information inside a client's product is kept for as long as that business uses the product, and is deleted or returned when it stops.

Your rights

You may ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, as provided by the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law. If the information belongs to a business that uses our product, we will pass your request to that business.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
